  • How long will it take to get physical cards?  Once we have confirmed that we have received payment, we will ship out the cards within 5 business days.
  • How long will it take to get eGift (digital) cards? eGift cards will be shipped out (via email) as soon as we can confirm that we have received the payment.  
  • How will I know the recipient received it? sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit. Quisquam sapiente dolor, consectetur accusantium tempora beatae at ea rem optio, ratione voluptatibus itaque consequuntur.
  • Why can’t I get digital cards on all products? Not all retailers have eGift cards available.  We will add them as quickly as they become available.
  • How do I get a refund? Unfortunately, once gift cards or eGift cards have been shipped we cannot issue a refund. But, don't worry, you have supported a great cause.
  • Why can't I use my credit card to pay for the gift cards? In order to accept credit cards we have to pay a high fee to the merchant processor.  that would only reduce the amount of funds available to help our front line workers and those in need. 
  • How can I pay for my order?  At the moment you can pay via Pre-Authorized Debit, Electronic Funds Transfer and interac money transfer.
  • My employer would like to purchase cards for our  staff and help our front line workers, how can they sign up?  Just create an individual account and buy as many cards as you need.  Thank you for your support.
